85 Endorsement at initiative of Commission
If—
(a)
a licensee or permittee—
(i)
dies; or
S. 85(a)(ii) amended by No. 13/2019 s. 221(Sch. 1 item 28.1).
(ii)
becomes a represented person within the meaning of the Guardianship and Administration Act 2019; or
(iii)
becomes an insolvent under administration; or
S. 85(a)(iv) amended by No. 44/2001 s. 3(Sch. item 73.5).
(iv)
becomes an externally-administered body corporate within the meaning of the Corporations Act; and
(b)
an application is not made under section 80 for endorsement of the licence or BYO permit—
the Commission may endorse the licence or permit with the name of a person nominated by the Commission.
