11 Approval of compliance arrangement
(1)
The Minister, on the Minister's own initiative or on the application of a controlling authority, may approve a compliance arrangement in respect of a regulated livestock management activity.
(2)
Notice of an approval under subsection (1) must be published in the Government Gazette.
