18 Minister may amend conditions of approved compliance arrangement by written notice
(1)
The Minister may, by written notice to a controlling authority, impose further conditions on an approved compliance arrangement.
(2)
A condition imposed under subsection (1) has effect from the date specified in the notice.
(3)
Within 21 days of receiving notice of a condition under this section, a controlling authority must give written notice to the Secretary as to whether it accepts the condition.
