155A Validity of hearing

If a person's appointment to the panel list under section 153 expires during the determination of a matter by a Councillor Conduct Panel for which the person is a member, for the purposes of this Act, the person is taken to be a member of the Panel until the Councillor Conduct Panel is dissolved.
