326A Regulations relating to conduct matters
S. 326A inserted by No. 42/2026 s. 36.
Without limiting section 325, the regulations may prescribe any matter relating to or in respect of the following—
processes relating to the mediation of—
alleged breaches of the Model Councillor Code of Conduct; or
alleged serious misconduct; or
disputes between 2 or more Councillors;
persons who may act as mediators in relation to, or in respect of, a matter specified in paragraph (a).
This provision refers to the regulations (the regulations may prescribe
