11B Completion reports
(1)
Subject to subsection (2), a supplier must submit a completion report for a standard project or strategic project to the Department as soon as practicable after the practical completion of the project.
(2)
The supplier must submit the completion report for the standard project or strategic project—
(a)
not more than 90 days after practical completion of the project; and
(b)
in any form or manner specified in the Local Jobs First Policy.
