11F Deprioritisation determinations
(1)
The Commissioner must make a deprioritisation determination in respect of a supplier if—
(a)
the Commissioner confirms a determination notice under section 11E(3); or
(b)
the supplier does not apply for review of the decision to issue the deprioritisation notice within the prescribed period.
(2)
The Commissioner must give the supplier written notice of the making of the deprioritisation determination in accordance with the regulations.
(3)
The deprioritisation determination remains in force for the prescribed period.
