18D Powers of the Commissioner during site inspection
During a site inspection, the Commissioner may do any of the following for the purposes of the investigation in relation to which the inspection notice was issued—
examine or inspect any document or thing at the place or premises;
take any photographs or make any audio or visual recordings at the place or premises;
make copies of, or take extracts from, any document kept at the place or premises;
request the assistance of any person for the purposes of entry and inspection of the place or premises;
request a person at the place or premises to answer questions;
request a person at the place or premises to produce a document or part of a document located at the place or premises that is in the person's possession or control.
