35 Transitional provision—report under section 10
(1)
This section applies to a report of the Minister under section 10 in respect of the financial year commencing on 1 July 2018.
(2)
Despite section 17 of the Victorian Industry Participation Policy (Local Jobs First) Amendment Act 2018, the report must also include the information required by section 10 (as in force immediately before its amendment) for the period commencing on 1 July 2018 and ending on the commencement of section 17 of the Victorian Industry Participation Policy (Local Jobs First) Amendment Act 2018.
