Part 2A does not apply to, or in relation to, any project, or any supplier for a project, if the agency responsible for the project publishes or distributes (however described) the invitation to tender before the commencement day.

(2)

In this section—

amending Act means the Local Jobs First Amendment Act 2025;

commencement day means the day on which Part 4 of the amending Act comes into operation.
