35 Offences concerning working during long service leave
(1)
An employee who is on long service leave must not work for hire or reward in relation to the hours during which the employee is taking long service leave.
Penalty: 12 penalty units.
(2)
A person must not knowingly employ another person for hire or reward in relation to the hours during which that other person is taking long service leave.
Penalty: 12 penalty units in the case of a natural person;
