55 Definitions
(1)
In this Part—
1992 Act means the Long Service Leave Act 1992;
2018 Act means the Long Service Leave Act 2018.
(2)
A word or expression that is defined in the 1992 Act and is used in this Part in relation to the 1992 Act has the same meaning as is given in the 1992 Act.
