56 Long Service Leave Act 1992 repealed
(1)
The Long Service Leave Act 1992 is repealed.
(2)
On and from the commencement of the 2018 Act, any reference in any Act (other than the 2018 Act or a regulation under the 2018 Act), regulation, subordinate instrument or other document whatsoever to the 1992 Act is to be construed as a reference to the 2018 Act, unless the contrary intention appears.
(3)
Nothing in this section limits or otherwise affects the operation of the Interpretation of Legislation Act 1984.
