Commencement and revocations

(1)

These Rules come into operation on 6 July 2021.

(2)

The following Rules are revoked—

(a)

the Magistrates' Court Authentication and Electronic Transmission Rules 2011^[1];

(b)

Magistrates' Court Authentication Amendment Rules 2019^[2];

(c)

Magistrates' Court Authentication Amendment Rules 2020^[3].

Rule 4 (Heading) substituted by S.R. No. 102/2022 rule 27(1).
