4 Definitions
In these Rules—
Rule 4 def. of CMS inserted by S.R. No. 102/2022 rule 27(2).
CMS has the same meaning as in the Magistrates' Court General Civil Procedure Rules 2020[4];
the Act means the Magistrates' Court Act 1989.
