16.05 Application for leave to proceed under extended litigation restraint order that relates to intervention order legislation
An application under section 52(2) of the Vexatious Proceedings Act 2014 by a person subject to an extended litigation restraint order for leave to commence or continue a proceeding must be—
(a)
in Form 7, in the case of an application to continue a proceeding in the Court; and
(b)
in Form 8, in any other case.
