16.07 Notice of applications
(1)
Notice required to be given by a direction of the Court under section 61(2) of the Vexatious Proceedings Act 2014 must be in Form 11.
(2)
The notice must be accompanied by a copy of every order made or direction given by the Court in the application to which the notice relates.

Further requirements are stated in section 61(4) of the Vexatious Proceedings Act 2014.
