4.01 Claim not to be divided
(1)
A plaintiff must not divide a claim or cause of action for the purpose of making 2 or more complaints.
(2)
A plaintiff who has a claim for more than the amount for which a claim may be made in the Court may abandon the excess by so stating in the statement of claim.
