63.11 Enforcement of order of taxing officer
(1)
If costs are taxed otherwise than under an order for costs, an order of the Costs Court for payment of any amount found to be due may be enforced in the same manner as an order for the payment of money.
(2)
Paragraph (1) applies to an interim order for payment of any item in a bill of costs.
