63.65 Reference for taxation
(1)
This Rule applies if the Court by order, whether or not made by or under any Act, refers a bill of costs to the Costs Court for taxation or directs that a bill of costs be taxed.
(2)
The taxation must be brought before the Costs Court by application in accordance with the Supreme Court Rules.
