68.06 Costs of prior execution

The amount for which a warrant of execution may be issued must, unless the Court otherwise orders, include—

(a)

the costs, fees and expenses (including the costs of any unsuccessful previously attempted execution of the order) incurred in respect of any prior warrant of execution on the same order, whether the prior warrant was or was not productive; and

(b)

money recoverable under section 107(1) of the Service and Execution of Process Act 1992 of the Commonwealth.
