72.10 Discharge or variation of order

(1)

If an attachment of earnings order is in force the Court may, on the application of the judgment creditor or the judgment debtor, discharge, suspend or vary the order.

(2)

The order suspending or varying an attachment of earnings order must be served on the respondent to the application and the person to whom the attachment of earnings order is directed.

(3)

An order suspending or varying an attachment of earnings order does not come into force until the expiration of 7 days after the day on which the order is served on the person to whom it is directed.
