16 Application for review of determination of Court constituted by judicial registrar

(1)

An application under section 16K(3)(a) of the Act for review of a determination of the Court constituted by a judicial registrar must be—

(a)

in Form 1; and

(b)

accompanied by an affidavit that must state the grounds for the application.

(2)

An application for review must state—

(a)

whether the whole or part only of the determination is the subject of the review; and

(b)

if part only of the determination is the subject of the review, which part; and

(c)

the grounds on which the review is sought.

(3)

The application for review must be filed within 28 days after the day on which the determination to which the application relates was made.

(4)

The Court may extend the time under paragraph (3) for filing an application for review, either before or after the expiry of that time, whether or not an application is made before the time expires.
