16 Project proposal guidelines
(1)
The Planning Minister must prepare guidelines in relation to the form and content of a project proposal.
(2)
The Planning Minister must publish project proposal guidelines on the Department's Internet site as soon as practicable after the Minister prepares the guidelines.

(4)
Project proposal guidelines take effect—
S. 16(4)(a) substituted by No. 49/2013 s. 11(2).
(a)
on the day after the day the guidelines are published on the Department's Internet site; or
(b)
if the guidelines specify a later day, on that day.
