18 Publication fee guidelines
The Planning Minister may prepare guidelines relating to the fee to be paid by a person for a copy of a comprehensive impact statement under section 49.
Guidelines prepared under subsection (1) may provide for a methodology for determining an appropriate fee.
The Planning Minister must publish publication fee guidelines on the Department's Internet site as soon as practicable after the Minister prepares the guidelines.

Publication fee guidelines take effect—
S. 18(5)(a) substituted by No. 49/2013 s. 12(2).
on the day after the day the guidelines are published on the Department's Internet site; or
if the guidelines specify a later day, on that day.
