103 Discontinuance of investigation
A mining warden must discontinue the investigation of a dispute or other matter if—
(a)
it appears to him or her that the interests of the person or body that referred the dispute to the mining warden are not directly and substantially affected by the dispute; or
(b)
it appears to him or her that the dispute or other matter is the subject of proceedings before a court or tribunal; or
(c)
the person or body that referred the dispute or other matter to the mining warden requests the mining warden in writing to discontinue the investigation.
