105 Annual report
A mining warden must, within 3 months after the end of a financial year, submit a report to the Minister.
A report under subsection (1) must include a brief summary of the following things that occurred in that financial year—
the nature and status of any dispute referred to the mining warden under section 97;
the nature and status of any matter referred to the mining warden under section 98;
any other activity commenced, conducted or completed by the mining warden under this Act.
