Holder of extractive industry work authority must rehabilitate land

(1)

The holder of an extractive industry work authority must rehabilitate land in accordance with the rehabilitation plan approved by the Department Head.

(2)

The holder of an extractive industry work authority must rehabilitate land in accordance with the conditions in the authority.
