83AA Offence to hinder or obstruct rehabilitation action
(1)
A person must not, without reasonable excuse, hinder or obstruct the Minister, an authorised person or a person assisting an authorised person taking action under section 83.
Penalty: In the case of a corporation, 300 penalty units;
In any other case, 60 penalty units.
(2)
In this section—
authorised person means a person authorised by the Minister under section 83(3A).
