84AZY Application for determination that closure criteria have been met
(1)
A declared mine licensee may apply to the Minister for a determination that the closure criteria for the declared mine land covered by the licence of the licensee have been met.
(2)
An application made under subsection (1) must—
(a)
be accompanied by the prescribed information (if any); and
(b)
be accompanied by any other document or information reasonably required by the Minister.
