92 Identity cards
The Department Head must issue an identity card to each inspector containing a photograph of the inspector and his or her signature.
An inspector must produce his or her identity card for inspection if asked to do so when performing a function or exercising a power under this Act or the regulations.
If a person to whom an identity card has been issued ceases to be an inspector, the person must return the identity card to the Department Head as soon as practicable.
