93 Inspectors subject to Department Head's directions
(1)
An inspector is subject to the Department Head's directions in the performance of his or her functions or in the exercise of his or her powers under this Act or the regulations.
(2)
A direction under subsection (1) may be of a general nature or may relate to a specified matter or specified class of matter.
