14 Chairperson of the Commission
(1)
The Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister, must appoint one of the members of the Commission to be the Chairperson of the Commission.
(2)
The Governor in Council must appoint the Chairperson to act on a full-time basis.
(3)
The Chairperson must not directly or indirectly engage in any other paid employment or carry on a business, profession or trade without the consent of the Minister.
