510A Additional requirements for registration of plant design and alterations—amusement structures
(1)
An applicant for registration of a design, or an altered design, of an item of plant that is an amusement structure specified in Schedule 2, and the person who makes the design verification statement in respect of the application in accordance with regulation 509, must reside in Australia.
(2)
Subregulation (1) does not apply to a design, or altered design, of an item of plant that is an amusement structure specified in Schedule 2 registered before 29 July 2026.
