Ombudsman to provide Integrity Oversight Victoria with copies

In force

The Ombudsman, as soon as reasonably practicable, must provide Integrity Oversight Victoria with a copy of—

(a)

each confidentiality notice issued by the Ombudsman;

(b)

each notice cancelling a confidentiality notice issued by the Ombudsman under section 26C(3), (4), (5) or (6) or section 26D(3);

(c)

each application to the Supreme Court under section 26D(1) to extend a confidentiality notice;

(d)

each order of the Supreme Court under section 26D(2) extending a confidentiality notice.
