109 Notice of meetings
The secretary must give notice of a meeting of the committee to the members of the committee.

Note
The Electronic Transactions (Victoria) Act 2000 enables this notice to be given electronically.
The notice must be given—
S. 109(2)(a) amended by No. 1/2010 s. 36(a).
at least 3 business days before the meeting; or
as determined by the owners corporation.
The notice must set out—
the time and place of the meeting; and
S. 109(3)(b) amended by No. 1/2010 s. 36(b).
the Agenda for the meeting; and
S. 109(3)(c) inserted by No. 1/2010 s. 36(c) (as amended by No. 63/2010 s. 26).
the minutes of the previous meeting; and
S. 109(3)(d) inserted by No. 1/2010 s. 36(c) (as amended by No. 63/2010 s. 26).
a statement that a member of the committee who is a lot owner may appoint a proxy for the purpose of the meeting.
