116 Sub-committees
(1)
The committee may appoint sub-committees in accordance with the rules.
(2)
The rules may provide for the role and functions of a sub-committee.
(3)
A quorum for a meeting of a sub-committee is at least half the members of the sub-committee.
(4)
Sections 105, 106, 107, 108, 109, 110, 111, 112 and 114 apply to a sub-committee as if it were a committee.
