10 Revocation of reservation—Yarrawalla

(1)
The Order in Council specified in item 7 of the Schedule is revoked.
(2)
On the revocation by subsection (1) of the Order in Council reserving land, that land is taken to be unalienated land of the Crown, freed and discharged from all trusts, limitations, reservations, restrictions, encumbrances, estates and interests.
(3)
Nothing in this section affects the licence granted under section 130 of the Land Act 1958 to Roy and Dorothy Hazel Hampson in existence immediately before the revocation of the Order in Council by subsection (1).
