8 Revocation of reservation—Psyche Bend
s. 8
(1)
The Order in Council specified in item 5 of the Schedule is revoked.
(2)
On the revocation by subsection (1) of the Order in Council reserving land, that land is taken to be unalienated land of the Crown, freed and discharged from all trusts, limitations, reservations, restrictions, encumbrances, estates and interests.
