179 Authority holder must provide information to Minister
The holder of an authority must—
(a)
collect the information and samples required by the regulations; and
(b)
keep the records required by the regulations in the form required by the regulations; and
(c)
give the Minister any information, samples or records when required to do so by the regulations.
- 60 penalty units.
