182 False information not to be given
A person must not—
(a)
in purported compliance with this Division, give any information or answer that the person knows is false or misleading in a material detail; or
(b)
produce any document that the person knows is false or misleading in a material detail, without informing the person to whom the document is produced of the defect in the document.
- 120 penalty units.
