93 Permit, lease or licence holder not liable for actions of authorisation holder
(1)
This section applies if any part of the area in respect of which a special access authorisation is granted falls within an area that is the subject of an exploration permit, a retention lease or a production licence.
(2)
The holder of the permit, lease or licence is not liable in any way for any thing that is done or not done by the holder of the authorisation.
(3)
Subsection (2) applies even if the holder of the permit, lease or licence consented to the granting of the authorisation in respect of the permit, lease or licence area.
