94 Authorisation holder must give data to the Minister
(1)
The holder of a special access authorisation must give a copy of all factual information obtained as a result of operations carried out under the authorisation to the Minister within 30 days of the information being obtained.
- 60 penalty units.
(2)
A reference to factual information in this section includes any report compiled on the basis of information obtained under the authorisation.
