For the purposes of section 97(e) of the Act, a work program must contain details regarding how the authority holder intends to engage, over the term of the authority, with the community and, if relevant, traditional owner groups within the meaning of the Traditional Owner Settlement Act 2010.

For the purposes of section 97(d) and (e) of the Act, a work program in relation to an exploration permit must set out the annual estimated expenditure for each year of the term of the permit, in the form of a table.
