17 Surrender of authority
For the purposes of section 111(2)(f) of the Act, the following are prescribed factors—
(a)
that the requirements of any plan required under the Act or these Regulations have been met;
(b)
that any reporting obligations under the Act or these Regulations have been met;
(c)
that the relevant land in the authority area has been rehabilitated for the purposes of section 170 of the Act.
