Governor in Council to settle disputes

In force

(1)

Any dispute in relation to any matter referred to in this Division between the licensee and Victorian Rail Track, a public authority, municipal council or Minister may be referred to the Governor in Council for determination.

(2)

A Minister, public authority, municipal council and licensee affected by a determination of the Governor in Council under this section must comply with the determination.
