Offence to obstruct construction of pipeline

In force

A person must not—

(a)

wilfully obstruct a person acting under the authority of a licensee in the lawful exercise of the licensee's powers in relation to the construction of a pipeline; or

(b)

without the authority of a licensee, interfere with any works relating to the construction of a pipeline by the licensee.

In the case of a natural person, 60 penalty units;

In the case of a body corporate, 240 penalty units.
