131 Energy Safe Victoria may require amendment of Safety Management Plan
(1)
Energy Safe Victoria may require the licensee to amend the Safety Management Plan that applies or is to apply to a pipeline operation of the licensee.
(2)
Energy Safe Victoria may only do this after consulting with the licensee.
