132 Review of Safety Management Plan
A licensee must—
(a)
review its Safety Management Plan before the end of each period of 5 years after the date the Plan was accepted; and
(b)
report the results of each review to Energy Safe Victoria within 28 days after the completion of the review.
- In the case of a natural person, 300 penalty units;
In the case of a body corporate, 1500 penalty units.
