Notice of intention to enter land for survey

(1)

A proponent for a pipeline must give written notice to each owner and each occupier of land and, if the land is Crown land, the Crown Land Minister of the proponent's intention to enter that land for the purpose of any survey for the purpose of the proposed pipeline.

(2)

A notice under this section must contain the prescribed information and be accompanied by the approved consultation information.
